BCD was engaged to handle an interior renovation of Whole Foods @ Union Square, the busiest Whole Foods market by volume in the nation. This renovation was performed seamlessly and entirely overnight after the store closed at 11pm and before it opened again by 7am. This renovation was performed without the store shutting down or without any disruption(s) to the normal daily operation(s) of this massive 3 story market and during the stores busiest season(s) (Thanksgiving and Christmas).

Bridge at SUNY PURCHASE

BCD was engaged to manage the restoration of a crucial piece of infrastructure at the SUNY Purchase campus. We worked on stripping, re-treating and ion painting of the structure(s) that span an environmentally sensitive stream with more than 145,000 gallons of water per minute flowing beneath the structure. This prevailing wage project was handled and the project was completed on time and under budget with no disruption to the structure, vital hvac infrastructure on it or the important, environmentally sensitive stream beneath it.
